A Community is Growing

The need to create this community of learners, named #greekbriki, emerged as organically as a small tree which is gradually growing from a randomly planted, tiny seed.
And now we can see it - it is just right here!
Not entirely sure what this seed was - probably one of those that are thrown after eating a fruit and not purposely planted; but so we need to wait and see its kind when the leaves come out first and when the fruits appear. How prolific it will be depends on the interest of the #greekbriki community. Perhaps it is a coffea :) We shall see!
This is the place to be if you are someone who does not just want to learn a few words from the Greek language, but you really try to understand its "why" and "how", communicate daily, practice for real purposes, write in Greek, re-think through it your own language, and draw nearer to the Greek culture, history and heritage. In other words: you can be a part of it as much as a Greek person would be, and that's how you are seen here.
Thus this is not an effort of just touching grounds; it is of taking care of them, collectively.

What members can do?
All of us as members can follow each other, write and reply to comments and receive blog notifications for our Greek Briki lessons and tips. Each member gets their own personal profile page that can customise accordingly. Remember, we encourage everyone to remain an active member: that is the goal of this supportive community!

Rules:
Please note that our common goal would be to develop this environment as a welcoming community of any learner of Greek worldwide.
That means, to actively keep encouraging other members by corresponding, while keeping a good ethos in our feedback and comments.
Offensive language or insults would harm the healthy growth of this community.
Thank you for agreeing with the above and... let's get started!
Here’s how to follow each other and interact:
Head to the Greek Briki page (which is basically our blog space).
Search for the members and relative posts.
Click on the Follow button.
Click several profiles to see what these learners think and write about in Greek.
Leave your feedback, comments, suggestions or anything else you might want to write in the topic.
